About this file

This file is an ACIP (Airport Capital Improvement Program) package for fiscal years 2028-2032 prepared for the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) related to the Kingman Municipal Airport & Industrial Park (IGM). The document appears to be a multi-year airport planning and capital improvement program that outlines proposed projects and initiatives for the airport's development over the five-year planning period. The City of Kingman is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms to provide airport planning and environmental services necessary to support project implementation and planning activities. Responses to the Request for Qualifications (RFQ 2026-RFQ-021) are due by 12:00 p.m. Arizona time on Tuesday, December 8, 2026, with questions due by 12:00 p.m. Arizona time on Monday, November 23, 2026. All submissions must be completed through the City of Kingman's OpenGov procurement portal, and mailed, faxed, hand-delivered, or emailed responses will not be accepted.

Qualified firms must demonstrate the ability to provide specialized airport planning and environmental staff capable of executing specific disciplines required to complete each approved task under the on-call contract. The City reserves the right to reject any response that does not comply with solicitation procedures and requirements, as well as the right to reject any response when cancellation is in the City's best interest. The solicitation does not indicate specific pricing terms, set-asides, or funding amounts within the available documentation. Firms interested in receiving notification of future solicitations from the City of Kingman should register for free accounts and subscribe through the OpenGov procurement portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/cityofkingman.
