About this file

This is a pricing submittal sheet template for solicitation IFQ 1500 CM1002 issued by the City of Austin, Texas, for a Deconstruction Workforce Training Workshop. The procurement specialist is Carissa Mickan. The services consist of a hands-on deconstruction workshop designed to teach participants deconstruction techniques and procedures over a five-day period for 10-15 participants. The pricing sheet is organized into multiple categories: Category 1 includes deliverables such as schedule, curriculum, tool list, workshop run of show, assessments, and workshop execution; Category 2 covers hourly labor rates for services during normal business hours (Monday-Friday 6:00 am-5:00 pm) and after-hours services (Monday-Friday 5:01 pm-5:59 am, Saturday, Sunday, and City holidays); Category 3 addresses routine and preventive maintenance services; and additional categories allow for markup to material costs and non-specified services. The template provides flexibility for the procurement specialist to modify categories as needed for the specific solicitation requirements.

Offerors must submit pricing using the provided template without alterations or exceptions, as modifications may result in bid rejection. All prices must be all-inclusive of administrative fees, overhead, per diem, and shipping or transportation costs to the Austin, Texas area, with no separate charges permitted. A bid of zero will be interpreted as a no-charge item, while "no bid" or blank responses may be considered non-responsive and result in disqualification. The City reserves the right to award a single contract based on overall low cost or multiple awards based on individual categories or line items at its discretion. Unit prices should not exceed four decimal places, and the template includes examples showing hourly labor rates of $25.00 for normal business hours and $50.00 for after-hours work, routine maintenance flat fees of $100.00, and material markup to costs not exceeding 25%. Quantities listed are estimates only and do not guarantee actual purchase volumes.
