About this file
This is an Invitation for Bid (IFB) offer submission form for the State of Illinois, specifically for solicitation B-52042 regarding the procurement of 2026 Full-Size SUVs. The State of Illinois, through the relevant agency, is seeking to procure four (4) 2026 Full-Size SUVs. The document serves as the formal bid submission vehicle through which vendors communicate their willingness to provide the requested vehicles in full compliance with the solicitation requirements. Bidders are required to complete all mandatory documentation as outlined in solicitation document section A.1, with failure to meet all requirements resulting in disqualification. The form includes sections for bidder identification, preference claims, and exceptions to standard contract terms and conditions.
The form addresses Illinois Procurement Code preferences available to bidders, including the Illinois Business Preference and Domestic Product Preference, which vendors must affirmatively claim and substantiate. Bidders claiming the Illinois Business Preference must submit the provided affidavit, while those claiming the Domestic Product Preference must identify applicable line items accordingly. Any bidder taking exception to the Standard Terms and Conditions must submit a redline version of those terms with their offer, with the State retaining discretion to accept or reject proposed exceptions. The Standard Terms and Conditions are available on the Illinois Procurement Office website. The form is presented as a template (version 25.3) and contains multiple blank fields for bidder information, signatures, and dates, indicating this is a fillable document for bid submission.
