About this file
This is an Invitation for Bid (IFB) Offer Form B-52512 submitted to the State of Illinois Department of Innovation and Technology (DoIT) for colocation services at the St. Louis Data Center. The solicitation seeks to establish a 10-year contract for data center colocation space at either 900 Walnut Street or 210 North Tucker Street in St. Louis, Missouri, for use by DoIT Network Services/ICN. This is a rebid of a previous solicitation (25-448DOIT-TELEC-B-52081) with only minor revisions made to Section B.1 regarding the evaluation process in the vendor instructions.
The offer form requires bidders to declare any claims for Illinois Procurement Code preferences and to note which items qualify for preferences such as Domestic Product Preference. Bidders must also identify any exceptions to the Information and Technology Standard Terms and Conditions by submitting a redline version with their offer, subject to State acceptance or rejection. The form includes standard certification requirements, and bidders must ensure all required documents listed in solicitation section A.1 are completed and submitted to avoid disqualification. Failure to meet all specified requirements will result in bid rejection.
