The solicitation seeks to establish a 10-year contract for data center colocation space at either 900 Walnut Street or 210 North Tucker Street in St. Louis, Missouri. The services are intended to support DoIT's Network Services/ICN division in serving K-12 customers, state agencies, and other paying customers throughout Illinois. The contract will incorporate the Information and Technology Standard Terms and Conditions as specified by the State of Illinois, with bidders permitted to submit redline versions identifying exceptions to standard terms; however, the State reserves the right to accept or reject any proposed exceptions. All bidders must submit their offers in full compliance with the solicitation requirements and understand that their submission constitutes a binding offer to the State of Illinois.
