About this file
This Additional Offer Pages document supports an Invitation for Bid (IFB D27 032) issued by the Hawaii State Department of Education (HIDOE) for the procurement of hybrid vehicles for the Driver Education Program on the islands of Oahu, Hawaii, and Kauai. The solicitation requests the furnishing and delivery of hybrid vehicles to support driver education initiatives across these three island locations. The document provides supplementary offer pages that bidders must complete as part of their proposal submission, establishing the formal bidding framework and response requirements for interested vendors.
The Additional Offer Pages establish the standard forms and certifications required for bid submission, including pricing schedules, company information, and compliance statements. Bidders are required to complete all designated offer pages accurately and submit them in accordance with the solicitation's specified deadline and procedures. These pages serve as binding contractual documents upon award and establish the terms under which the successful bidder will supply and deliver the hybrid vehicles to the specified locations within the required timeframes.
