About this file

This document consists of additional offer pages for Invitation for Bid (IFB) D27 012, issued by the Hawaii State Department of Education (HIDOE) for total maintenance of fire protection equipment (FPE) at various HIDOE schools and offices across multiple islands including Oahu-Central District, Hawaii-South Hilo, Maui, Molokai, Lanai, and Kauai. The solicitation requests comprehensive maintenance services for fire protection systems at designated facilities. The additional offer pages provide supplementary documentation and terms related to the bidding process, including detailed specifications, conditions, and requirements that bidders must address in their proposals. These pages serve as integral components of the complete solicitation package available through the HIePRO system.

The additional offer pages establish the formal submission requirements, terms and conditions, and other contractual provisions governing bidder responses to the IFB. These pages typically include pricing schedules, payment terms, performance standards, insurance requirements, and other administrative details necessary for bid evaluation and contract execution. Bidders are required to review all offer pages in conjunction with the primary solicitation documents to ensure complete understanding of HIDOE's requirements and to prepare compliant proposals that address all specified conditions for fire protection equipment maintenance services.
