Offerors must designate a point-of-contact based in Hawaii available during standard business hours (7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. HST, Monday through Friday) with authority to address questions, resolve problems, and provide follow-up assistance regarding vehicle sales, warranty servicing, maintenance, and repair. All offerors must certify that their pricing was independently developed without collusion and that their submission complies with Hawaii Revised Statutes Chapter 84 regarding prohibited state contracts.
