About this file

This document is an Addendum to an Invitation for Bids (IFB) issued by the California Governor's Office of Emergency Services (Cal OES) for Generator Maintenance and Emergency Repairs. The Addendum updates the Statement of Work, increasing the number of sites from 20 to 22 and adding two new generators to the equipment list. It also revises the pricing on the Cost Sheet, Exhibit B-1, by adding new line items for the two new generators. The contract term is from December 1, 2024 through November 30, 2027, with the option to increase the not-to-exceed amount at the original evaluated rates.

The pricing terms include a not-to-exceed amount for the initial award, with any increases subject to the original evaluated rates. The contract allows for subcontracting, and requires the contractor to comply with economic sanctions related to Russia's actions in Ukraine. Funding for the contract is subject to annual appropriation in the state budget, and the state reserves the right to terminate the contract for convenience or if the contractor fails to perform.

The new certificate must show the name and address of the insurance company, the policy number, and the beginning and ending dates of the policy.
