About this file
This file contains project specifications for a Veterinary Technician Classroom Remodel at Fox Valley Technical College, located in Wisconsin. The project involves renovating multiple first floor rooms into a single classroom space at the Apple Valley Veterinary Clinic. The comprehensive scope of work includes general trades, HVAC, electrical, flooring, acoustical ceilings, casework, and painting. The project will be awarded to one general contractor through a sealed bid process.
The detailed specifications provide extensive technical requirements for the renovation, including specific materials, installation methods, and performance standards across multiple technical divisions such as architectural, mechanical, and electrical systems. The project documents include precise instructions for demolition, construction, equipment installation, and system integration. While specific budget details are not explicitly stated, the comprehensive nature of the specifications suggests a thorough and complex renovation project requiring specialized technical expertise across multiple building systems. The specifications are designed to ensure high-quality, code-compliant construction that meets the technical and functional requirements of a modern classroom space.
