About this file

This document is an Invitation for Bids (IFB) issued by the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) for a unit-based/time and materials-based contract to provide various healthcare staff on an as-needed basis. The contract covers both non-emergency and emergency services, with vendors providing hourly rates for roles such as registered nurses, certified nursing assistants, emergency medical technicians, and other healthcare professionals. The contract has an estimated value of up to $10,000,000 and the resulting agreement will be reimbursement-based for actual services performed and invoiced.

The pricing structure consists of three tables: Table A for non-emergency services with 72-hour notice, Table B for emergency services with less than 12-hour notice, and Table C for supplies and equipment rental/purchase. Bidders must provide fully burdened hourly rates, and the total bid will be calculated based on the combined total of Tables A and B multiplied by (Table C + 1). CDPH will award the contract to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder.
