About this file

This document is an Addendum 3 issued by the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) for IFB 24-10243, the Medical Staffing Agreement for Public Health Response. The addendum revises the bidder minimum qualifications, including increasing the required experience from three to six years in providing medical staffing, vaccination, testing and test-to-treat services. It also requires bidders to possess or have submitted an application for a federal CLIA waiver and state registration/license for low complexity laboratory testing, as well as have at least one enrolled account in the California Immunization Registry (CAIR) with proof of CAIR Org Code. All out-of-state firms must comply with California's DVBE participation requirements, with a minimum 3-percent participation from a DVBE Certified prime or subcontractor.

The contract is for the contractor to work in partnership with CDPH to provide medical and support personnel for public health response efforts, as well as planned health events, across California. Pricing terms, set asides, and funding details were not provided in this addendum.
