Upon contract award, all employers are required to complete the City of Austin Wage Theft Training within 30 days. The certification must be submitted as part of the proposal package, and firms should direct any questions regarding the wage theft ordinance or training registration to the Wage Compliance Team at wagetheft@austintexas.gov.
