Bidders must submit commercial general liability insurance of $5 million per occurrence and auto liability of $1 million per claim. The CDT offers a DVBE (Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise) incentive ranging from 1% to 5% based on DVBE participation levels, though DVBE participation is not mandatory. Small Business preference of 5% is available to certified small businesses or non-small businesses subcontracting 25% to certified small businesses. Payment will be made upon completion and acceptance of each phase, with invoicing permitted monthly in arrears.
