About this file

This document is a Request for Quote (RFQ) from the Illinois Department of Labor (IDOL) for a Paid Leave Print Advertisement campaign. The RFQ seeks vendors to provide a half-page, black and white print advertisement to be run weekly for 10 weeks in publications throughout the state of Illinois outside of the Chicagoland area. The advertisements will use a pre-existing poster created in-house at IDOL and will also include posting to digital newspapers on websites or apps. The RFQ specifies the quantity, delivery timeline, and submission requirements, including that quotes must be received by the due date listed in BidBuy.

The RFQ outlines pricing terms, including that all prices must include shipping and handling, and that no price increases will be accepted. It also states that the selected vendor must be able to provide all required supplies and services and offer the lowest price. The RFQ reserves the right to reject all offers and to cancel up to 72 hours in advance. Electronic submissions are required via email or the BidBuy platform.
