About this file
This presolicitation synopsis and related federal contract opportunity notice seek proposals for a tactical, deployable sensor data backhaul suite. Requirements include an integrated, small form-factor deployable system to provide concurrent intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance sensor data backhaul for locations using airborne assets without organic capabilities. The system must also receive full motion video from the Global Broadcast System. It must support various Defense Department customers globally and be scalable to additional users. Offerors must demonstrate training, operations and maintenance support, field service representatives, and program management capabilities. The contract will have a five-year base indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity period with both fixed-price and time-and-materials task orders. Proposals are due for this small business set-aside, which uses North American Industry Classification System code 334290 with a size standard of 750 employees.
