Required services include lodging, meal services (breakfast, lunch, dinner, and evening snacks), training facilities, transportation, equipment (15 golf carts, 50 two-way radios), and support for various training activities such as land navigation, rappelling, COPE course, water safety, and canoeing.
The RFQ is a Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) set-aside using Simplified Acquisition Procedures, with a quote submission deadline of 8 May 2025 at 11:00 AM Eastern Time. The contract will be awarded on a firm fixed-price basis, with the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offer being selected. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and possess a valid Unique Entity Identifier (UEI).
