About this file
This is a Performance Work Statement (PWS) for Civilian HR Installation Document Destruction Services issued by the U.S. Army Civilian Human Resources Agency (CHRA), G-6, located in Arlington, Virginia.
The contract covers on-site document shredding services provided on a recurring quarterly basis at Fort Riley, Kansas, and on a one-time, on-demand basis at 46 additional CHRA installations across the continental United States. Normal operating hours are 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays and facility closures. The contract is structured as a single award firm fixed-price order. Key personnel include a designated Program Manager who must be available during normal operating hours and available in writing to the Contracting Officer and Contracting Officer's Representative. The contractor must develop and maintain a comprehensive Quality Control Plan and comply with a Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan within 30 days of award. Security requirements include compliance with all installation access policies, background checks, and personnel identity verification per 52.204-9, as well as participation in installation Random Antiterrorism Measures Programs.
