About this file

This is a Request for Proposals (RFP) for web-based marketing services issued by the I-75 Central Corridor Coalition, Inc. (I-75 CCC), a non-profit 501(c)(6) organization representing public and private sector members across a seven-county region of Georgia between Atlanta and Macon. The I-75 CCC seeks professional advertising services to promote economic development, smart growth and transit-oriented development initiatives, and transportation infrastructure investments within the region. The scope of work encompasses approximately four months of targeted web-based and social media advertising, including development of an online identity across multiple social media platforms, creation of multiple weekly touchpoints for engagement, graphic and advertisement design, and monthly performance reviews. The advertising campaign is anticipated to begin as soon as possible following contract award and continue through approximately April 30, 2026, with January 2026 designated as a preparation period. A firm will be selected at the January 21, 2026 meeting of the I-75 CCC Executive Committee. Proposals must be submitted electronically to I-75 CCC Project Manager Greg Boike at gboike@mg-rc.org no later than 5:00 p.m. on Monday, January 12, 2026. Questions must be submitted via email at least one week prior to the submission deadline.

Respondents will be evaluated based on relevant professional experience, proposal quality, and cost effectiveness, with emphasis on budget-conscious approaches. Required proposal information includes the respondent's background and years in business, key staff and project principals, direct contact information, examples of online advertising work, detailed strategies for creating social media accounts and building engagement, approaches to leveraging paid social media advertisements, and a plan for monitoring campaign performance. All social media platforms and marketing materials developed through this project become the property of the I-75 CCC upon creation. The organization currently maintains a website but lacks social media presence and established an online advertising platform. The I-75 CCC intends to evaluate options for ongoing management of web-based marketing services following this initial campaign and may renew or extend services based on performance and budgetary constraints. The I-75 CCC is an equal opportunity employer and reserves the right to reject any and all responses.

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

WEB-BASED MARKETING SERVICES

1. Statement of Purpose

The I-75 Central Corridor Coalition, Inc. (I-75 CCC) is a non-profit 501(c)6 organization comprised of both public and private sector members in a seven-county region of Georgia between Atlanta and Macon. The I-75 CCC is requesting professional advertising services to promote the economic vibrancy of the region, the organization’s smart growth and transit-oriented development goals, and the need for additional investments in transportation infrastructure (including intercity passenger rail services).

The I-75 CCC is requesting budget-conscious proposals for approximately 4 months of targeted web-based and social media advertising focused on the organization’s priorities. A successful marketing campaign should help to grow grassroots support for transportation investments and legislative priorities for the communities served by the I-75 CCC. The organization currently maintains its own website: https://i75coalition.org/ (see this website for a list of members and additional information about the goals and priorities of the organization). However, it does not have a social media presence or any other form of online platform for advertising.

Interested respondents should submit their proposal electronically to I-75 CCC Project Manager, Greg Boike, at gboike@mg-rc.org on or before 5:00 pm on Monday, January 12, 2026. Any questions should be submitted via email at least one week prior to the submission deadline.

2. Anticipated Scope of Work

The scope of work for this proposal should include the development of an online identity across multiple social media platforms. As an online presence is established, the proposal should include multiple touchpoints per week for engagement across various platforms.

Monthly reviews of activity should yield higher numbers of followers and subscribers to online content generated by the I-75 CCC. Respondents should propose a scope of work to best achieve these desired goals in the defined timeline and with the greatest emphasis possible on cost controls. In the long term, the I-75 CCC looks to maintain a social media presence following this campaign. The organization will evaluate options for management of its web-based marketing following this campaign.

A firm is expected to be chosen at the January 21 meeting of the I-75 CCC Executive Committee. Upon selection, the successful respondent will be engaged by the leadership of the I-75 CCC to undertake work on the development of social media accounts and the design of graphics and advertisements. The anticipated timeline should include the month of January as preparation for the advertising campaign, which should begin as soon as possible and run until approximately April 30, 2026. Members of the I-75 CCC will provide content regarding smart growth and related activities within their communities to assist the selected firm in producing content.

Based on performance and budgetary constraints, the I-75 CCC will review options to renew or extend web-based marketing services after this initial campaign. All social media platforms and marketing materials developed as part of this project shall become the property of the I-75 CCC at such time that they are created.

3. Information Required for Response

Interested service providers shall provide detailed information about their experience in web-based marketing services, including: an introduction to the individual or agency responding, number of years in business, a list of key staff and project principals, direct contact information, and examples of online advertising work.

In addition, the respondent should provide detailed information on how they intend to meet the scope of work described in Section 2 of this RFP. This should include strategies and approaches to creating social media accounts, proposed strategies for building engagement and leveraging paid social media advertisements, and a plan for monitoring the performance of marketing campaigns.

Respondents will be evaluated on the basis of their relevant professional experience, the quality of the proposal, and cost effectiveness.

4. Questions and Additional Information

All interested providers of web-based marketing services are invited to respond. Proposals must be submitted electronically to I-75 CCC Project Manager, Greg Boike, at gboike@mg-rc.org on or before 5:00 pm on Monday, January 12, 2026.
