QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS (Round 1)
Q1: Do you have the dimensions for each commodity? Measurement Tons are available within Attachment 2 (column L); however, the individual numbers will greatly aid in a proper proposal.
A1: The Government will provide the dimensions for each commodity as requested. Please see FBO for attachment.
QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS (Round 2)
Q2: So originally it was thought that the Unit Quantity on Attachment 2 was total MTONS for the period of performance, but now I’m not so sure. Is ‘Unit Quantity’ in this case the total amount of eaches/pieces for each commodity and the decimal place is in there to throw me off?
A2: The unit quantity is the total estimate measurement ton for that commodity. Please provide cost per measurement ton for each commodity. (( i.e., proposed measurement ton rate 1.00 X unit quantity 593.38 = 593.38 )
