In performing due diligence on 3rd party organizations with whom we intend to enter into a business relationship, we learned that NAS is currently listed as “indefinitely debarred” by the DLA. Would the Government please clarify whether or not this direction applies to NAS? Because as a US firm we must follow FAR regulations, will USTRANSCOM issue a letter authorizing the ATGHS Contractor to utilize NAS for this service should we be selected as the ATGHS contractor and NAS remains on the DLA debarred list? | 2/10/17 | Subcontracting with debarred companies is not acceptable.
