About this file
This document is an amendment to a solicitation detailing labor categories for Human Subjects Protection Scientists (HSPS) support services for the U.S. Army Medical Research and Development Command (USAMRDC). The document outlines three distinct labor category levels: HSPS III (senior-level subject matter expert/team lead), HSPS II (junior/intermediate level), and HSPS I (administrative support). Each labor category is characterized by specific background requirements, with ideal candidates having direct or indirect experience in human subjects protection regulatory offices, ranging from functional team leadership to scientific administrative support roles.
The solicitation (HT942525R0037) is issued by the Defense Health Agency and focuses on Human Subjects Protection (HSP) Personnel Management and Support Services for the USAMRDC's Office of Human and Animal Research Oversight (OHARO). The labor categories are designed to provide comprehensive personnel support across different expertise levels, with an emphasis on regulatory compliance, research submission support, and administrative assistance in human subjects protection environments.
