About this file

This document contains a Q&A exchange regarding equipment serial numbers and accompanying images of STERIS Chemical Dispensing Systems. The first page details a confirmation of a sterilizer serial number (SN 030241920) and verification of two chemical dispenser serial numbers (SN 8321852 and 8287067). The subsequent images show two STERIS Chemical Dispensing System units labeled "Washer 1" and "Washer 2", with their respective serial number identification tags. The final image displays the back-end wiring configuration of these chemical dispensing units, showing multiple color-coded (red, green, blue) cables connected to two dispenser units mounted on a wall, with chemical solution containers positioned at the bottom.

1. Question: Please confirm the following:

a. SN 030171920 is not at this site. The Sterilizer serial number I show at this site is SN: 030241920

b. Please confirm serial number information for: SN# 8321852 and 8287067

Answer:

a. This is correct, we have an AMSCO 400 Sterilizer with SN 030241920 in our spaces. The Performance Work Statement and Quote Sheet has been updated to reflect this correction.

b. The SNs for these Chemical Dispensers are both correct and in our spaces.

2. Question: After some additional research, I still cannot locate the equipment information for the Chemical dispensers. Would it be possible to obtain a photo of equipment plate or serial number information from the actual units so I can price the right agreement?

Answer: Please see attached pictures.
