About this file
This is an Amendment of Solicitation/Modification of Contract (SF 30) issued by the Defense Health Agency for an annual audio-visual maintenance contract at three military medical facilities: Naval Hospital Jacksonville (Florida), Branch Health Clinic Kings Bay (Georgia), and Branch Health Clinic Mayport (Florida). The amendment modifies the original solicitation HT9406 by extending the proposal due date from 05 May 2026 at 4:00 PM to 08 May 2026 at 12:00 PM EST and incorporates FAR Clause 52.222-90 addressing DEI discrimination. The contract involves preventative maintenance, repairs, diagnostic testing, and system programming for audio-visual equipment at the three sites, with an estimated baseline of 20 hours per quarter per site. Service response requirements include two-hour telephone response for mission-critical/executive conference failures and five business day completion for urgent outages. The contractor must perform work on-site with no remote monitoring permitted, maintain base access credentials through Defense Biometric Office systems, and provide dedicated parking and tool staging areas at each facility. All listed equipment is currently installed and operational, with technical documentation to be provided post-award. The incumbent contract is N0023221F0023 with a recent option period value of $55,803.60. Site visits are not permitted prior to award, and subcontractor utilization is at the offeror's discretion based on Performance Work Statement requirements.
