About this file

This draft request for proposal and related documents outline requirements for the Active Duty Dental Program 3 contract. The Defense Health Agency intends to award a single-source indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for nine years and six months to provide dental services to active duty military members and TRICARE beneficiaries. The contract would consolidate requirements currently under the Active Duty Dental Program and TRICARE Overseas Program. Services would include all covered dental codes listed in Exhibit A, with quantities provided for Continental United States codes and overseas codes to be determined. The draft RFP includes sections on statement of objectives, contract type and term, performance work statement, and contract administration data. Interested parties are invited to review the draft documents and provide feedback to help the agency refine its requirements and acquisition approach. No proposals or discussions are being solicited at this time.
