About this file
This is a modification to a solicitation for a managed workforce solution. The Defense Health Agency is seeking proposals to form industry partnerships to deliver a full range of digital workforce capabilities including technical, administrative, and organizational support across its subordinate organizations. Offerors will provide subject matter expertise and perform studies, assessments, plans, and models. The managed solution should include innovative staffing arrangements and the most advanced private sector approaches to ensure the workforce has the same talent as a leading technology firm. Proposals are due by December 31, 2021. The modification provides instructions for an Interim Proposal Revision, updates tables and forms, clarifies evaluation criteria, and includes a new attachment for small business participation plans.
