Online Ordering:

The contractor shall provide an online ordering mechanism for authorized OOs to place orders under the BPA. The online ordering mechanism shall be user friendly and allow for typical commercial online shopping functions such as shop, search, select and check out using the P-Card as the method of payment. When orders are placed by OOs at airport locations, the following process shall be followed:

1. OO submits a request (known as a TSA ReMAG) to TSA/OSC for the mats required.

2. TSA/OSC reviews the request and sends an email from TSA ReMAG to the OO and vendor approving or denying the request.

3. If approved, the OO places mat order using the vendor’s online order system citing the corresponding ReMAG approval reference number for the order and using the P-Card as the method of payment. (Orders may not exceed the OO’s respective procurement authority.)

4. The vendor ships mats in size, quantity, and to the location specified in the online order and approval email. All OOs must have a corresponding ReMAG approval email before being processed/shipped by the vendor.

The offeror may propose either an all Nitrile rubber mat or a blended Nitrile and PVC mat. Supporting literature is requested. The offeror is instructed to identify in the excel sheet entitled “Quote Fill in Table” whether the products offered meet or exceed the specifications.

b. Factor 2, Price/Cost: Offerors are instructed to identify unit pricing for all the CLINS in the “Quote Fill in Table”.
