- Section C.6.2.1.1, last sentence is changed as follows: This will take place 40 hours a week over a 5-week period at Edgewood Chemical Biological Center (ECBC).

- Section C.6.3.2, line 6 is changed to read as follows: RAM-Testing is expected to take place in a single indoor and outdoor location in Chicago, Illinois.

- Section 1.1 - FAR 52.245-1, Government Property (JUN 2007) is incorporated by reference.
