ATTACHMENT 4

CONUS SCENARIOS

#1 Region 7: A Responder Support Camp for (500) people is needed in the vicinity of Chicago

O’Hare International Airport (distance is less than 5km). Government transportation cannot be provided. If an aircraft is used, it can land at O’Hare. Please describe how you would meet the time-line to establish the RSC. Include load plans showing the personnel and equipment that would be transported for the RSC. Detail your equipment package down to the major end item level.

Your responses should also address the following details:

o Securing required transportation o Preparing equipment and personnel for movement o Movement of personnel and equipment to site.

o Offloading equipment and personnel at site o Securing transportation for movement of cargo and personnel to the designated location for housing responders o Preparation of site and housing of initial responders

Note: If required, upon arrival, assets are in place to down-load aircraft and move equipment to

RSC location.

#2 Region 10: A Responder Support camp for (1,000) people is needed at Joint Base Lewis-

McCord, Washington. Government transportation cannot be provided. Due to an earthquake, Interstate 5 is closed in Washington and Oregon. If an aircraft is used, it can land at JBLM.

Please describe how you would meet the time-line to establish the RSC. Also include load plans showing the personnel and equipment that would be transported to JBLM for the RSC.

Detail your equipment package down to the major end item level. Your responses should also address the following details:

o Preparing equipment and personnel for movement o Movement of personnel and equipment to site.

o Offloading equipment and personnel at site o Securing transportation for movement of cargo and personnel to the designated location for housing responders o Preparation of site and housing of initial responders

#3 Region 4: A Responder Support Camp is needed for (1,500) personnel. The camp will be located on Fort Campbell, KY. Government transportation cannot be provided to transport assets to Ft. Campbell. Secondary to a major earthquake, there is no cross-river access for the Mississippi

River. Please describe how you will meet the time-line to establish the RSC at Ft. Campbell. If an aircraft is used, it can land at Ft. Campbell. Also include load plans showing the personnel and equipment that would be transported to Ft. Campbell for the RSC. Detail your equipment package down to the major end item level. Your responses should also address the following details:
