Vendor Questions to HSFE04-13-R-0004 (# 2)
1. How often will the government pay after invoice has been submitted? Is this a net 10, 30 or what?
The designated payment office will pay approved payment requests within 30 days of receiving proper request for payment documentation.
2. Do you use WAWF or how will invoices be submitted?
All federal contracts are paid by electronic funds transfer (EFT) using the information the vendor submitted in System for Award Management (SAM). This system was formerly known as Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
3. What is average of persons needed to work on any given day and is the work as needed or daily during certain periods of the year, etc.?
The number of laborers is 10. This is an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract (IDIQ). Therefore, the hours are uncertain. The number of hours is unknown at this time. The hours will be determined after award and the issuance of a task order against the IDIQ.
