The purpose of this Amendment is to answer the below questions:

Question 1: Section 1.1.3 Sheet Form Anti-Sweat Insulation – states linear feet, should it be square feet? If so, what are the quantities?

Answer: "Section 1.1.3 Sheet Form Anti-Sweat Insulation" is correct as written. Sheet form isn't used much anymore but it's still available and can be used on ships if necessary. The schedule B lists the quantities for linear feet.

Amendment 0001

Question 2: Section 1.1.2 Pre-Formed Fiberglass Pipe Insulation – Can I get a copy of Mil-Perf 22344?

Answer: The Coast Guard does not provide military specifications to contractors (i.e. Mil-PRF-22344).

Question 3: Section 1.1.2 Pre-Formed Fiberglass Pipe Insulation – Attached is an Owens Corning Data sheet on ASJ- Max pipe insulation. Owens Corning only manufacturers ½” wall thickness and 1” wall thickness. ¾ “does not exist. The smallest pipe size they produce is 5/8” copper tubing size or ½” iron pipe size. Will these be acceptable?

Answer: 3/8" size is rarely needed on Coast Guard cutters for depot maintenance. If there's a supply issue at the time of Task Order Solicitation that requires 3/8" pre-formed fiberglass insulation it can be addressed at that time (CLINs 1.1.1 & 1.1.3 are suitable alternatives).
