HSCG38-15-Q-500015
Responses to Questions (1)
Answers provided 02 June 2015
This document provides United States Coast Guard (USCG) responses for questions that have been asked regarding solicitation HSCG38-15-Q-500015. Question numbers are provided simply as a reference and in no way infer a prioritization of the questions.
Number Question USCG Response 1 If this requirement is currently under contract who are they and is the contract number available?
The current contract number is HSCG38-12- D-500001 and the incumbent contractor is AcuCal.
2 The terms and conditions attachment to this solicitation page 3 under “Past Performance” states that “Past Performance Information Sheets” are attached or a part of the solicitation. I do not see any such form, please provide or list minimum requirements so if I have to provide certain specifics I will be able to.
The sheet has now been uploaded.
3 Since it is almost impossible for anyone lab/company to provide 100% support over this requirement with the level of service required, what are your requirements for “sub-contractors”? I know I always approve my sub-contractors under my requirements of ISO 17025 and demand the same level of service from them, but as to this solicitation want are the requirements?
All requirements and certifications listed in the Statement of Work are applicable to any subcontractor.
