The first column is a counter of all labor categories within the three TABSS domains. The last three columns indicate which labor categories apply to which domain.
It is anticipated that all experience and education will be in a field and/or specialty directly related to the labor category being proposed and degrees will be from accredited institutions. Task Order Contracting Officers may authorize, in writing, trade-offs between education and experience at the task order level per Clause H-14.
