Please confirm whether or not the specified Facilities are able to accommodate receiving the Booths in fully assembled fashion, or rather, if the successful contractor should have the capability to deliver the Booths in both assembled or unassembled fashion
Both assembled, and unassembled. Facilities will coordinate with winning contractor to determine preferred shipping format.

3-sided Booths are a special requirement for one specific facility. Adjustments made for 3-sided Booths should only apply to 3-sided Booths.

Will accommodations be required for land-line phone usage, i.e. wiring tunnel, within the booth? If so, what are the specifications for the telephone mounting plate?

A common mounting plate, affixed to the interior metal framing, designed to accommodate a variety of detention-setting phones, may be added. Similarly, a wiring tunnel may be added to accommodate wiring for subsequent phone installation.
