10 PROPOSAL SLIDE DECK TEMPLATE
CUI // Source Selection Information. See FAR 2.101 and 3.104.
Offerors shall use this template to build their slide decks for Oral Presentations in accordance with the guidelines specified in Attachment 01, Instructions to Offerors.
There are 17 template slides after this slide, including a title slide, three section slides, and topical slides within each section. To enable efficient, accurate, and consistent evaluation of oral presentations, Offerors may not change the order of these slides. (However, Offerors may delete slides within the Corporate Experience section if specific topics are not applicable.)
Offerors will add substantive content to the topical slides only.
Offerors may select their own layouts from the “Layout” drop-down menu on the PowerPoint “Home” tab (e.g., Two Content, Comparison, Content with Caption, etc.) for the topical slides.
Regardless of the chosen layout, the topic headings must remain unchanged in wording, font (Calibri Light), and size (48), except that Offerors may add subtitles if they wish. For example, the first slide following the “Management Approach” slide must be titled “Hiring and Retention” in size 48 Calibri Light font, regardless of its location on the slide. Offerors could also add a subtitle such as “Employee Benefits” if desired for enhanced organization and clarity. Subtitles may be in any font or size.
Offeror text must be in TNR or Calibri font, size 18 or greater. Offeror graphics or tables must be size 10 or greater.
The 50-page limitation is in addition to the 17 template pages below. Therefore, no presentation may exceed 67 pages in total.
