In accordance with FAR 14.403, the Abstract of Offers will be documented during this Public Bid Opening, and posted to www.sam.gov.within two business days for public inspection.

COMMON REASON FOR INDIVIDUAL BID REJECTIONS Contractors should familiarize themselves with FAR 14.404-2 to avoid rejecting their bid by the Contracting Officer. Ensure your bid is responsive. To be considered for the award, a bid must comply with the invitation for bids in all material respects. Such compliance enables bidders to stand on an equal footing and maintain the integrity of the sealed bidding system. A common reason for individual bid rejection is when a contractor fails to provide a proper bid guarantee when a bid guarantee is required.

Bidders are advised that bids will be evaluated without discussions.
