Delivery is specified for 30 days upon receipt of order, with each forklift to be fully assembled and delivered to the DFAS Indianapolis Warehouse.

The solicitation remains open, with quotes due May 30th, 2025 at 11:00 am EDT, and is issued under full and open competition with NAICS code 333924.

5/21/2025 Amendment 1: This RFQ has been amended to add questions and answers asked by vendors regarding this RFQ. The RFQ/DON attached have been updated. Quotations are still due May 30th, 2025 at 11:00 am EDT.
Question 1: I noticed that the delivery date is listed as 30 days ARO. If my internal lead time happens to be longer than this, would that make my bid non-compliant, and you would not be able to keep my bid for consideration?
No- a longer lead time is acceptable for the first base year if necessary and this has been updated on the RFQ. All additional option years will be a 30 Calendar Days from Date of Award but there will be a timeline provided for planning.
Question 2: “Regarding RFQ HQ042325QE058, I noticed that the pricing sheet SF1449 includes slots for future pricing under CLINs 1001, 2001, 3001, and 4001. Could you please confirm whether price adjustments are permitted for factors such as inflation, tariffs, or standard annual increases?”
This is acceptable and permitted.
Question 3: “We need to know if lifting capacity spec is off of 3 point or loader and if on loader at full height and where is it to be calculated, At pins”
Per the COR- From looking through specs, it looks like the forklift has a lifting capacity of 3,000 lbs and this capacity is maintained up to a maximum lift height of the loader.
