| 6.2.2 | Please clarify that the Contractor is required to procure and secure outside support to include electricians, scissor lift, etc. | If these items are required for covered service then the contractor is requried to procure the equipment. |
| 6.2.2 | If the Contractor is required to procure and secure outside support to include electricians, scissor lifts, etc., what role does the Government play in "arrange such support?" | We would coordinate the entry and usage of these items being used in the building. |
| 6.3.4 | Will the Government's confirmation of test results occur the same day as the completion of the Contractors testing of all repaired systems? | If needed our employees will work with and provide assistance to the contractors while working on the system/equipment. |
| 8.2 | How many panels, intrusion zones, keypads, etc. make up the IDS? | 165 zones / 12 panels / 12 keypads |
| 6.2.2 | Please confirm the Contractor is responsible for procuring spare parts? | Yes, the contractor is responsible for this. |
| Schedule of Items | Does the Contractor include the cost of spare parts in CLIN 0001 - 0005 as part of its Unit and Total Price? | Correct. If you so choose, you may separate out cost of spare parts into another column, along side unit price, which will then be added together with the unit price to create the total price for each CLIN. However, this is not required - cost of spare parts can be included in the unit price. All that is required is a monthly unit price and a total price for the year. |
