OFFEROR Q&A
1. In the solicitation (“BPA Information” paragraph 6, page 4 of the RFQ document package) it is stated that “For the purpose of defining the call limitation, the cumulative total of all services performed under one call number shall not exceed $250,000.00 or the equivalent.” Will the Government use one call number per individual course ordered, one annually per language/dialect or one annually for both languages/dialects combined?
Government response: BPA Information paragraph 2 states, "The schedule for each course will be specified with each call (order) against the BPA". Therefore, the Government will issue BPA call(s), which will be for one course or multiple, and will be for one language or both. Each BPA call will specify the schedule for the course or courses, and which language or languages to be taught per course. BPA Information paragraph 2 has been revised.
