The procurement includes 24x7 access to Juniper's knowledgebase, 8x5 Resident Engineer support, next-business-day hardware replacement, and ongoing operating system software updates. The contract covers 84 specific networking components across various Juniper models, with a base period from 10/01/2025 to 09/30/2026 at a total cost of $218,964.31.
