About this file

This is a solicitation amendment for a firm-fixed price contract to provide support services to DASD Energy. The contractor will assist with energy resilience and security strategy, policy planning, science and technology programs including demonstrations and deployments, and funding programs. The base period is 12 months with four 12-month option periods.

The amendment provides a small business commitment plan, past performance questionnaire, and revised pricing template. It updates the question deadline and directs offerors to submit a technical and price volume. The technical volume is limited to 15 pages and must address personnel, technical approach, past performance using no more than three projects, facility clearance, and small business participation commitment. Price proposals use the attached template with plug numbers for some CLINs. Proposals are due by July 1, 2020.
