About this file
This is a Statement of Work (SOW) for lodging accommodations for Dover Air Force Base. The document outlines comprehensive requirements for a hotel contractor to provide contract quarters for military and government personnel, with specific specifications for room standards, services, and quality assurance.
Key requirements include providing single and double occupancy rooms with specific furnishings (individual thermostats, color TV, closet space, etc.), 24/7 front desk and check-in/out services, and maintaining room and facility standards. The contractor must offer amenities like safes for valuables, dining facilities within walking distance, and daily custodial services. Quality assurance will be managed through annual inspections by a team from Dover AFB Contracting, Eagles Rest Inn, Fire Protection, Environmental Health, AFOSI, and AF Security Forces. The SOW is dated December 20, 2023, and is specifically designed for lodging during Reserve Unit Training Assembly (UTA) weekends, with provisions for room reservations, billing procedures, and customer feedback mechanisms.
