This document is an Invitation for Bid (IFB) issued by the Arkansas Department of Transformation and Shared Services Office of State Procurement (TSS OSP) on behalf of the Arkansas Department of Parks, Heritage and Tourism (ADPHT) to obtain a catalog, category discounts, and a contract for Hotel and Lodging Supplies. The IFB covers five categories of items: Linens, Small Wares and Food Equipment, Janitorial Equipment, Furniture, Fixtures, and Artwork, and Personal Amenities. The Department spent approximately $1.3 million on the previous seven-year contract. Bid responses must be submitted through ARBuy, the State's eProcurement system, by December 6, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. Central Time. The initial contract term is one year, with the option to renew for up to six additional one-year terms.
The IFB requires the Contractor to provide catalog pricing, minimum order quantities, and a percentage discount off the published catalog price for each category. A bid of 0% discount will be rejected. The State intends to obtain the greatest discount off the most current published catalog price list. Pricing must be valid for 90 days. Price increases may be allowed at contract renewal with proper documentation, while decreases will be passed on to the State.
