About this file

This document appears to be a set of contractor questions and answers related to the federal contract opportunity for "Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) Redistribution". The key details are:

The contract is for the removal and redistribution of UPS units at a National Geospatial Intelligence Agency facility. The contractor is responsible for providing all materials, including switchboards, bus ducts, PDUs, and other electrical equipment. The contractor may use a small lift to access the mezzanine area, and a material laydown/storage area will be provided. Contractors are advised to contact Zagros Engineering and Johnson Controls regarding requirements for the existing power monitoring systems. The Government will provide escorts as necessary, but will not furnish any materials for the project. Additional site visits will not be scheduled. The project is subject to Buy American FAR requirements, and a licensed PE must validate the equipment layout to ensure it does not exceed the structural capacity of the slab.
