About this file

This document is a Request for Information (RFI) issued by the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) to conduct market research on current industry capabilities and technologies for Commercial Non-Earth Imaging (NEI).

The RFI seeks information on unclassified NEI capabilities including image resolution, data format, data transmission, and processing, exploitation, and dissemination (PED) capabilities. It also requests information on platform sensor suite capabilities, imagery acquisition of non-vendor assets and uncooperative platforms, and ensuring data quality and mission planning. The imagery and data would augment existing unclassified and classified capabilities and integrate into NGA's analytic workflows. The RFI provides details on the anticipated period of performance, security requirements, and small business considerations. Respondents are requested to provide information on their relevant commercial and government experience, proposed approach to meet the requirements, and any recommendations for the acquisition strategy. Responses are due by July 12, 2024.
