Contractor support must acknowledge requests within two hours EST, provide updates within 24-48 hours, and achieve full resolution within five business days. Full production integration, including Single Sign-On (SSO) and LMS integration, must be completed within three business days of the initial delivery order. The contractor must support OAuth 2.0, SAML, Azure Active Directory, or Google AD authentication. Grade passback, QTI conformance, and student-created video uploads are not required but acceptable. All contractor and subcontractor personnel with access to DoWEA data must be U.S. citizens. Professional Learning services are priced at three units annually, representing the DoWEA regions. Section 508 remediation, if required, must be completed before award. DoWEA will provide Adobe Premiere Pro licenses separately and will download instructional resources via PDF files.
