Question # Question Answer 1 Could you share a generic contract for us to review? Unfortunately Government is unable to share Government contracts with the customer

2 Is there a schedule that tells us how many of each resource are going to each school?

quantites for each line item is set fort in the solicitation and Attachement 1 pricing sheet. After the IDIQ contract is awarded, the delivery order will state the locations and specific quantities for each location.

3 Does it list the number of students by site?Number of staff by site?

Locations are present on Attach 5. The Government is ordering quantities not based on number of students or teachers. Please see quantites location on each line item of the solicitation.

4 Are you using a tiered intervention model? No, we are not using a tiered intervention model.

Who is facilitating the program and who is giving the instruction, classroom teachers or interventionists? Either one, depends on the model of the school.

6 What is the instructional delivery model: small group,1:1, or whole class? All instructional delivery models are possible

7 How are those students defined and who is being targeted for instruction?

Students targeted for instruction will be based on the intervention program’s specifications as well as teacher recommendations and assessment data.

8 How many students are in the classes? Depends on the instructional delivery model.

9 How much time do they have each day and how many days per week? For grades 6‐8 min. of 45 min 3‐5 times per week. For elementary it will depend on the program’s specification

10 When do these classes begin and end (quarter, semester)? For grades 6‐8 classes will be semester or year‐long, for elementary students should be able to enter and exit based on need.

11 How many teachers/interventionists are at each school? Depends on school size and scheduling, in elementary most schools have one.

Are the students in grade level groups or multi-grade level? Do teachers/Interventionists teach multiple grade levels if so, what are they by site? Schools may be either grade‐level or multi‐age.

13 Do ELL teachers and Special ed teachers/students integrate with this program, if so how?

That will be determined based on the program and school leadership. Students (ELL and SPED) would be expected to enter and exit the program under the same requirements as other students.

Do you have manipulatives on site? If so, which manipulatives do you already have?

Should we include manipulative kits for each group? If so, how many students are in each group? Do the teachers/interventionists have multiple grade levels so we could create kits for them?

Will the assessments be taken online? What access do students have to the web for assessment? Ipads, computers?The assessment technology is priced per student and is a yearly license? Should we give the price as a yearly price or how should we submit this pricing?

Students have access to computers for assessments if required by the intervention program. Refer to Technical exhibit 5 for requirements. The assessment technology should be priced yearly and the price should be incoperated with the appropriate CLIN.

Professional Learning: Is the number 113 the number of sites? Do you want PD delivered by grade band? How many teachers/interventionists per site will be trained per grade band? Does the staff work with all students grades K‐8?

See PWS section 2.1.2 for possible locations. PD should cover elements found in 2.1.2.2 Number of teachers/interventionists will be based on individual sites and school needs – see 1.1.2 for number of schools, a maximum of 5 per school site. Grade band support by teacher/interventionist will vary based on school.

Is there an expectation that face‐to‐face professional development be delivered during the first year? If so, at how many sites? How many trainers per site will be needed?

Do we include all travel costs under this line? The cost could change depending the professional development delivery model? Are these prices firm for travel costs or actual costs of flights and hotel? Do you have the list of hotels that you stay at for each site and the cost per site, per night?

See PWS Sections 2.1.1.2 and 2.1.2. Travel cost should be included as part of the professional learning. Please see attachement 1 of the pricing sheet.

Our student books are consumable, so additional books will be needed each year. Should we take this into account under this item? The assessment technology is priced per student and is a yearly license? Should we give the price per student and the yearly price?

How should we estimate this price for the students that are new each year?

Prices should be provided in accordance with the solicitation CLINS and pricing sheet.

You provided site locations, but how many students and teachers per site per grade band?

Are delivering to each of the individual sites or are they going to a central sites for distribution?

Number of teachers/interventionists will be based on individual sites and school needs – see 1.1.2 for number of schools, a maximum of 5 per school site.

What is your tiered support model in the classroom and building? Will this stay the same or change? If so, how do you see it changing? Do they teach grade levels or grade bands?

21 What implementation monitoring tools have you used in the past to support building administrators and above level support staff that you have found successful?

Vendor should quote their specific approach to meeting or exceeding the requirement of the PWS.

Do you have specific professional development days that already scheduled for 2020‐21 school year? If so, please give us details by site? Are there other options for alternative dates? When you note professional development as "if required" does that apply to your choice or our choice?

Dates and exact locations will be determined at the post award meeting and discussed with the potential awardee at that time.

How many trainers do you have at each site? How many sites have trainers?

Do the trainers have experience in delivering professional development? 13 sites and up to 15 participants.

24 Do you operate your schools year-round? No.

What are the communication accommodations needed for the end users (students/staff) with disabilities?

Does the data have to be secured with unique encryption keys for each customer on systems hosting multiple customers?
