Attachment 2 of
SF1449,
Supplies/Services
Attachment 2(b): Zone C Pricing Sheet CLIN 0002AA 45 Passanger Vehicle Unit Run:
Quantity: 27000
We cannot understand the number of 27000 runs. How does the number consist?
The quantities reflected in Attachment 2 of the SF1449, Supplies/Services, are not based on the number of school days, runs, or buses. Rather, they are estimated quantities that will establish the maximum ceiling/quantity/amount of the resultant Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. Please see FAR Clause 52.216-22.
02 Air Conditioning
PWS Does all the buses/vans used for the normal daily commute in Kaiserslautern (NO SPED) must be equipped with air conditioning (see para. 3.3.5 PWS)?
Yes, all vehicles must be equipped with air conditioning. Please reference updated PWS paragraph 3.3.5.
03 Certification SF1449 Concerning 52.222-56 Certification Regarding Trafficking in Persons Compliance Plan, I was wondering what is meant by submitting a certificate?
Do we need to formulate it ourselves or apply for it?
Please elaborate what exactly it is we need to do, so that we may comply.
Please refer to FAR 52.222-50 as it states "The certification shall cover the items in paragraph (h)(5) of this clause."
04 Requirements Attachment 2 of
SF1449,

There are no special needs requirements on this solicitation.
05 Cellular Phone PWS Is it necessary for the contractor to provide a cellular with “ Smartphone” technology or is a regular cellular sufficient? ( PWS 3.1.5.2 in all solicitations)
A regular cellular phone can be used. Please reference updated
PWS.
06 Requirements PWS Could you please explain in detail the paragraph 2.3, paragraph 2.2, paragraph 2.3 in the Performance Work Statement, which transportation is meant? Is it possible that there is a mistake, because there is no CLIN provided?
Paragraph 2.2 is reserved for Special Needs and this requirement for SPED is not included in this solicitation. Paragraph 2.3 is for Curricular and cocurricular and the details of this requirement are included within the PWS.
