About this file

This document package includes a DD Form 254 for a classified federal contract and the related pre-solicitation notice for the opportunity.

The DD Form 254 specifies security requirements for a contract to provide Defense Collaboration Services developmental and operational support. Classified work will be performed at Defense Information Systems Agency facilities and require up to IT-II access. The contractor will support open source collaboration software, cloud infrastructure, and ensure the program's cybersecurity compliance. The period of performance is a five-year ordering period under a single-award IDIQ with a ceiling of $49.5 million.

The pre-solicitation notice describes the opportunity to obtain support for the DCS program, including engineering, software development, integration, and maintenance of file sharing capabilities. The contractor must manage an enterprise service for 500,000 customers and demonstrate experience with agile development and maintaining a security posture per the Risk Management Framework. The anticipated award is a single-award IDIQ with task orders, and the initial task order is for foundation and maintenance support. The solicitation is expected to post to FBO within 30 days.
