About this file
This document outlines requirements for the Advanced Wireless Services-3 (AWS-3) 2025-2110 Megahertz (MHz) Spectrum Management/Coordination System (SMCS). The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) will release a solicitation on or about October 25, 2019 seeking contractor support to provide an integrated system that automates spectrum coordination between Department of Defense systems and incumbent Electronic News Gathering operations in the 2025-2110 MHz band as a result of the third Advanced Wireless Services auction. The contractor shall apply expertise in spectrum engineering, requirements, data management, and workflow development to manage SMCS development, deployment, operations, maintenance and enhancement through agile methodologies. The period of performance consists of a 12-month base period and four one-year option periods. DISA intends to conduct the procurement as a Best Value Trade-off through full and open competition on the Federal Business Opportunities website.
